He is a member of the AICPA and PICPA.

Frank graduated from Duquesne University in 1973 with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. He has worked in Public Accounting since leaving college, originally with Main Lafrentz & Co. out of their Pittsburgh office and later with Haskins and Sells out of their Wilmington Office. He passed the CPA exam in 1976. Along with his father, he formed a partnership in 1977 to service entrepreneurial businesses, individuals seeking tax planning and preparation as well as auditing services primarily with non-profit organizations.
